Word on the streets (read. internet) is that Drag-On has been officially released from Ruff Ryders. The BronxDale projects native has in turn created his own record label, Hood Environment.
“HE stands for Hood Environment and the reason I named my label that, I mean, nine times out of ten we goin keep the hood involved.”
Drag-On first appeared on the scene in the late 90’s with the Ruff Ryders compilation albums as well as guest appearances on two DMX albums and an Eve album. His debut album went on to sell 800,00 copies. He also appeared in two films Cradle 2 The Grave, & Exit Wounds alongside DMX.
We here at Bronx Rap want to say congratulations & good luck to Drag-On!!!

Theses days it is hard to find an artist u don’t mind paying 15 dollars to support. These dudes sound like they could have that potential. Consistency however is the key. That hustler joint is bananas. Keep comin like that and niggas can’t deny u!

It’s time for both of these dudes to get a deal or create one for themselves, whichever

Put more cuts from these two dudes ASAP, this is truly the rebirth of Rap’s New Generation. I’m old school and I know talent when I hear it.
