Fox Searchlight Pictures announced that George Tillman Jr. (MEN OF HONOR, SOUL FOOD) is set to direct NOTORIOUS, the screen version about the life of rapper Christopher Wallace aka Notorious B.I.G. The film will be produced by Voletta Wallace (B.I.G.’s mother), Wayne Barrow and Mark Pitts (B.I.G.’s former music managers), Bob Teitel and executive produced by Sean “Diddy” Combs based on a screenplay by Cheo Hodari Coker and Reggie Rock Bythewood. Beef with Mobb that shit’s probably history and you right Mobb ain’t really that Deep, but they talk a good game. But you also got to consider they got a lot to lose on some dumb shit and Lizzy ain’t blow up yet, might never, so he ain’t risking as much at this point.

Go to some of the lyrics. it’s on the internet. Does everbody have to like Hip Hop if not they are a racist? What if somebody doesn’t like it and they look up some of these lyrics? yeah fuck Bill O’Reilly but this ain’t just about him.
This is special situation. a bunch of people got murdered. You invite some people to do a concert . Then you check their songs, It don’t matter Hip Hop . heavy metal whatever. You find some lyrics that say “kill kill kill lmurder murder murder” or “I hope you got yourself a gun”.
It just ain’t gonna work to memorialize these kids that got shot.
Ok.. so Nas is obviously not gonna choose those songs to perform, but look that still is his songs that’s some of the shit he reps and he performs some of it at other concerts,

Like I said before you also have to be able to view this issue independant of Bill O’Asshole, between some of the familes who didn’t want Nas and then take a position on that. Nas has a few different styles.
