    Talib Comes In At #2

Talib Kweli comes in this week in the number 2 spot with selling 60,000 copies in it’s first week. This is Talib’s first solo album to crack open the top ten. His album “Ear Drum” features UGK and Norah Jones among others. With Common coming in at number 1 his first week a couple of weeks ago, it looks as though hip-hop is headed in the right direction.

    We All Miss Tupac

I miss Tupac. I wanna challenge every rapper to make more music about something with substance. Just think, when is the last time you heard a song like this on the radio. It’s cool to dance and party but it’s more important to change lives. Enjoy.

Dogg Pound Signs With Cash Money

Apparently the next Dogg Pound album will drop on Cash Money Records. No timetable has been set yet but it sounds like a good look for Daz and Kurupt. Their last album didn’t do too well with sells but that will change with Baby and Slim behind them.

    More Rumors On Dame Dash

This week I’ve heard two new rumors on Damon Dash. The first was that the IRS was after him for 5 million, and Dame had to ask Jay-Z for it to escape jail time. The second rumor is that Dame has been up at Def Jam looking for office space. BET’s Black Carpet speculate that he will be taking over for Jay-Z or maybe he’s just starting a new label. You be the judge. I’m still trying to find out where to cop that CEO gear.

I dont know i thing the majority of the lables give these people an image to make average people think tht thier ballin of course beyonces ballin because look how long she has been in the industrie but these other people dont sometime see money for a long time and best believe when they do the lable gets thier monies out of the way first. Dah dont you remember what happened in the five heart beats and theat was a true story. It happens every day look at Ronald Isley and Toni Braxton. I think that we as people needs to wake up these peopleare the same as everybody else they have regular bills and everything. And becaue they are stars they dont have to spend money like that until they get caught up like some artist caught up with bills that they cant pay. This is real life every body going through the struggle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I say no to “fuck Al Sharptounge”, and more to fuck people like 50 scent, Dr. Gay, and feminim, because in my heart they help to undermine what b-boy really is. May God free Mumia from his oppression. Boogie down stand up, Boricuas stand up, Black people stand up!
