Long Time Coming” f/Devin The Dude from Special Teamz (EDO. G, Slaine & Jayshaun)
Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice
tell me something. do the two white boys (maybe one’s hispanic?) say “nigga keep runnin” when they do this shit live? I bet that only the DJ’s gonna play back that chorus.
The song sounds o.k. but when he said be a father to your child that was deep now he’s on the bandwagon with the Mack 11 and cocaine in the trunk. That shit is boring. Beatnuts wuz talkin that 20 years ago. So Edo’ just showin how little we have progressed as a people. He don’t own a Murciélago and I’ll bet you there no tech in the trunk of his honda.
you got me on that, I lost track
but anyway
who said that line?
This track is quite nice…the first dude was coo

Myra-Bed
I’m not hatin’, but that was wack! She looks good and all, but from that 1 song she doesn’t come off as half as talented as she is attractive.
I think if you know the person personally the music is much better to you because you got more feeling in it. from a strangers perspective she sounds like everyone else. She can make an album and cd and do aight, but she is not a g.o.a.t and thats what i look for. the next “big” thing.
Wuddup my dude… Shit is cool in my book. As a matter of fact, I’m all ova that underground ish. Alot of times, peeps on the ground is a lot more hungry and produce some quality joints. Keep it comin.
Aye, I know you caught that Killa Priest drop. My man is the truth. I just wished he coulda’ hooked up with 60sec and Sunzini.
B E-Z
there is no feeling at 59- 105 and other random times.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
My homegirl ESHA ripped this! You should feature her on your site!
lmao. thanks I think I did it better personally. ![]()
this ones a little too extra.
nice job overall.
I listened to both & Esha’s was better by far.
lmao. you have a raspy voice. esha’s is way better.
and yes I did mine in my room too.
Wtf was that?
she sucks!!!
i think its alright but its not nothing more the sound qaulity is real bad and her voice is avaerage i know a girl named esha from youtube who will kill that song
Lol yeah energy I know plenty of people who not only say hers is boring but that they couldnt even listen to the song the whole way through. So it’s really a matter of opinion. But what is absolute fact is that the quality is bad and the harmonies…dont harmonize, they clash.
-shrugs-
i think mine is a whole lot better.
Wait wait wait wait, lol you have me all wrong. Never once have I disrespected the girl, or tried to insult her. Ever, I simply gave my opinion on her song, the same you gave you opinion. So because I dislike the song i’m insulting her? Please dont try to twist it around because you and I both know its not even like that.
When a random joe smo doesnt like it, it’s cool, when YOU speak on my version saying “her version of bed put me to bed. It was aiight but it had no feeling. I wasn’t impressed at all.” it’s all fine and dandy, you’re not in the wrong, but when a “fellow black artist” gives her opinion, she’s giving an insult? Are you KIDDING ME?
Do you not see the contradiction?
And no, I dont need to evaluate my approach, the dude who sent me 3 messages in a row with the title “HERS VERSION IS BETTER THAN YOURS SHE’S LIGHT YEARS AHEAD OF YOU” needs to re-evaluate his approach! If this was a link someone gave me saying “check this out” then no, I wouldnt have said “I think mine is better”, but since thats how this song was given to me, thats how i’m going to respond to it.
So like I said before, I never disrespected nor insulted her, I even said nice job overall. Me giving a critique on where she went wrong on the song was in no way an attempt to insult her, so please dont get it confused. I am a very humble person, but at the same time I still have the right to give my opinion without being looked at is the bitter fellow black singer.
Lmao I can’t believe you would even try to go the “bitter black fellow artist” route with me all because I think my version is better. That’s what you call a sad attempt.
LOL Was the skin color even needed? She sucked the other chick bed was better. Make a poll see how it goes and leave it at that lol.
Ha im sure its not even a “attempt at recognition” google the girl name and bed her shit is EVERYWHERE and im sure the people on imeem dont have a clue who she is but they love her singing the song.
I LOVE YOUR SONG YOU HAVE A GREAT VOICE YOU SHOULD BE A FAMOUS SINGER WE LOVE YOU
hey girl let them haters talk. after all. jelousy did kill the cat. and see it in this way. if u got haters it means u must be doin sumthin right. if u didnt have em then i wud tel u to be worried. or i would just do the hatin myself but i dont roll like dat. i keep thins real and aint nothin reala than that voice u got.

No no no I haven’t heard a pair up like this in a good hearty minute….Immortal Technique @ Boot Camp all spit fire. All wrap the track around the microphone . All speak that real shit…..Nobody else has this xept us. So pop it in ya deck and lean in the seat with confidence….L
Immortal Technique & Boot Camp-Military Minds
teck is a beast whens the cd drop ???? fuk fagya west and shitty cent real shit here
Nice Track bout to download this shit… Keep it comin yo
Come on G this is bullshit
Immortal trying to portray the macho man, chest all puffed out tryin to be thug
And you think he got balls talking about the government thinking he all big talkin about techs
dumb nigga they gonna give a mandatory 3 year on that whip
While you walkin down all the street all screw face
some nerd ass old men, suit and tie, Washington office with a pace maker be runnin this shit while you try to act all tough on 125
he push a button and send a missile up up your hoodie
Come on now stop playin games
Government don’t care about some scraggly ass dude showin off his size 11 tims
Man you a ant in this shit
Malcom came out in the suit and tie, a skinny dude
knew it wasn’t about some street level thug shit
you look silly with that chest all puffed out
stop portraying a rooster clucking
ren ^^^
that’s funny cuz tech lives or lived in my old hood up on 125. and he’s always walking around screwface. never smiling always talking that conspiracy shit. i ain’t a hater so i’m glad to see a brother do something positive, but he is like 5 ft nothing and is always walking about like he’s king kong ready to pounce. he’s like on this militant shit 24/7. i like consistency and realness but he seems almost cartoonish, in character and can’t get out. dayum makes ya think. why is tech soooo mad all the time? could he be the real mad rapper? tech tell us why you mad son, tell us why you mad?
Napoleon complex lol
What ever you might think of him he is one of the greatest lyricists I’ve heard.
Just on this track he absolutly kills.
“Make money but don’t forget who you’re fucking with, the steets carry me like the Hebrew arch of the covenant”
“Behind closed doors they talk like Nixon, Mark Fellman? and Mel Gibson, but i’ll fuck that crowd up like the Pistons and I’ve been like that since Robert Downey Jr was sniffing snice 50 Cents’ mum was cooking crack in the kitchen”
I can understand how you can personally feel about him but I think we all want the same thing. He chooses to sound miltant a majority of the time but I think that is acceptable if you’re making the listener think. He is making great hip hop but you don’t have to agree with everything he says.
4th Branch
“The voice of racism preaching the gospel is devilish
A fake church called the prophet Muhammad a terrorist
Forgetting God is not a religion, but a spiritual bond
And Jesus is the most quoted prophet in the Qu’ran”
“How could this be, the land of the free, home of the brave?
Indigenous holocaust, and the home of the slaves
Corporate America, dancin’ offbeat to the rhythm
You really think this country, never sponsored terrorism?”
“Flow like the blood of Abraham through the Jews and the Arabs
Broken apart like a woman’s heart, abused in a marriage
The brink of holy war, bottled up, like a miscarriage”

As one of the more visible members in the revolving cast of Wu-satellite emcees, Brooklyn’s Killah Priest has always been a sort of acquired taste among dilettantes, inspiring wild enthusiasm or yawn-inducing boredom, depending on who you ask. I’ve always felt that the man never received his due; as the story goes, Priest would have usurped Masta Killa’s place in the Clan had he not fallen asleep in the studio during the recording “Da Mystery of Chessboxin’.” I’d certainly rather hear him than Cappadonna or even U-God any time of day, but Priest’s Achilles’ heel has always been his inability to assert his presence on a given track. Surrounded by the contrasting technicolor personalities of the other Clan members, Killah Priest’s low-key demeanor inevitably fell by the shadows. Yet in the history of hip hop, few have wholly embodied the expression “droppin’ science” as he has; pay close attention to his lyrics and it doesn’t take long to recognize the man’s brilliance. (More …)
Best post ever!
Although I agree with all of what you said, on the strength of Heavy Mental alone, Priest is my fav MC. I owe it my brother, and when you say he can bore you to death, to me those are the times when he tries to cater to the commercial world. The greatest thing Pries brought to the game is that most of what he says goes right over bruthas head and yet he still is popular. You cant tell me that these little white boy Hip Hop dudes can understand BIBLE. I’m a Hebrew Israelite, as he is, and it took me a minute to decipher it. He needs to not give in to the traps of (Hell) the current state of Hip Hop and continue to be strong enough to stand alone. I dont even consider him a WU affiliate, hes Killah Priest. Heavy Mental to me is one of the best “Albums” ever made because of its continuity, and melodic tracks. He needs to return to that form, as much as Nas needs to return to Illmatic, and OC needs to return to WordLife. Shalam’
Man when I first heard him on that liquid swords, I was at a loss for words. Dude is truly underrated.
No disrespect to Nas and Canibus (incredible lyricists, indeed), but Priest is the most prolific, lyrically dense, and important M.C. since Rakim. Truth be told, there’s actually no need to explain my position; anyone who’s listened to his material, from Heavy Mental to The Offering, understands clearly what I mean. Nonetheless, he’s still severely underated and underappreciated!(EZEKIEL 2:5-7). SHALAWAM BAHA SHAM YAHAWAH!!!!
hey I met you last night, I just like to say Hi
Another interview we were able to catch at that Zune live @ The BBQ event……The Clipse are definitely on the same page as us….
“lyric driven east coast hip hop” AMEN TO THAT.
glad to see some dudes from around my way holdin it down….but its a damn shame cuz they got talent and always get shuffled around while bums rappers stay releasing garbage left and right
Bronxrap.com is owning the video interview game.
@va757
The Clipse is probably one of the worst cases of the industry killing Hiphop. You can only imagine what would have happened if their momentum wasnt stopped.
Plus the kid Ab-Liva is a BEAST. When is that album coming out???
hell yea Bronxrap got the interview game on lock…killing it from a grassroots level…keep doin the damn thing

To close out the week, I’ve got some new audio for you!

Growing up on the streets of Harlem, Dame Grease never took to the sounds of rap music until his late teens when he first heard the nocturnal nihilism of N.W.A. andIce T. This hardcore sound and its affiliated gangsta attitude connected with Grease, who then found himself immersed in the culture after forming a neighborhood group called N.I.B. It wasn’t long before he found himself producing beats, looking to the aggressive sounds of the Bomb Squad and Dr. Dre for influence. By the end of the 1990s, Grease had collaborated with such prominent New York rap artists as DMX, the LOX, and Nas.

MINZ
(South Jamaica Queens, NY)
MINZ was originally Criminal Minds, then they broke it down to MINZ in 1995 which stands for Masters of Intellect that have Niggas Zoning. MINZ consists of two memebers, L.D & RED MONEY.
MINZ grew up on the same block in South Jamaica Queens.Antonio (LD) & Tariq ( RED) started rhyming together in 1993 on Lakewood Ave. At the time they were hustling and just toyin’ around withthe flows. People around the way were always telling them that they were “nice” with their rhymes. In 1994 they formed MINZ and started going to DEF’s studio on Archer Avenue in Queens with producer Brandon (Beat Don) to start recording songs.
Their first song was called “DAMN”. The song got a good response so they went on to record several more songs. Buddy from the group INTRO(who is LD’s nephew) entered MINZ into a showcase at Camie Hall in New York City. The showcase went very well and several labels were impressed. Since they were not focused and continued their streetlife, MINZ was at a standstill. (More …)
Props to ya X making big moves
just wait
Termanology is a half Puerto Rican, half French rapper from Lawrence, Massachusetts. He is currently working on a solo album, but has released several mixtapes and a street album. He is gaining much recognition for his lyrical capability and delivering a message through his rhymes . He is most well known for his street anthem “Watch How It Go Down,” which was produced by DJ Premier. He has collaborated with artists such as Nas, Royce Da 5′9″, Papoose, M.O.P., Akrobatik and Terror Squad. He is a owner of the record label St Records.
Term is cool, but for someone who lacks the required amount of melanin, he says nigga way too much. And how come he never acknowledges the fact that he’s half French in his songs? Every song is Peurto Rican this and that, but I never hear about him being proud to be French.
who cares if he’s french or not. let him be him.
that 50 bodies mixtape was serious..the dudes wit skill get a buzz then the labels take forever to let them drop a album meanwhile droppin garbage left and right….at least dr. dre joell drop the brick independent
Term cool be he need to stop acting like he a street dude, real niggas could see thru that shit if he play his position he will get more props, and stop acting like he the next pun its not happening plus theres other latin dudes out there thats way better, if he stays in his relm he will be good, he just needs to stop trying to over do it and leave the street shit alone you not built for that, and rep that you french it aint gonna hurt.
psh dont give this frail nigga any attention, son was acting extremely nervous when he was performing @ Club Mambo in Lawrence
simple and plain kids just a lame!!!
too many wack mc now a day everyone just trying to hit the rap jackpot…………….
Who cares whether he reps his Puerto Rican or French side?
Maybe he was raised with his Puerto Rican side of the family. Who knows, who cares?
Btw, how do we know he’s not a “street dude”?
That’s the problem with niccas today, if you rap that your a thug there’s gonna be someone who’s gonna wanna say your not that thug you say you are in ya muzik.
damn i thought term was nice too, plus primo wouldnt cosign a bum either ….never thought i would see such anger at a dude wit real talent….wtf?
i would like someone to explain why they think he is a bum
Term is that Dude. There’s always gonna be those with Jealous eye. That’s The World today. You Guys should of Just Listened to Hood Politics V. My Homie has Talent. Term Grew up in a Puerto Rican Neighborhood, That’s how he was Raised. He’s Half PR Half French, So What? He Didn’t Grow Up In Some White Upper Class Environment. So Don’t Expect him to act like he did. Hood Is Hood. Why all the French Push? If He Was From France or Canada I would Agree with some of Ya’ll.
What Up HHF?
This nigga is a little pussy trust me he nice spitten but street wise a bitch even niggas told him dont try and be something you aint because niggas will test his chin just do good music and get paper and play your position
^^real talk^^^

That’s fine by me. I’m a fan of his music, not his personal life.
Why do you have to be a thug nowadays just to be a rapper?
The best songs about haters are Biggie’s “Playa Hater” and Ben-G’s (Orlando, FL)”Hatin on Us” See Website

Introducing BronxRap’s MC/Crew Member/Consultant/Friend/Fam etc…..We give you 600 but we call him 6 for short….Straight Out Of Harlem……This dude been on the grind before the word grind was popular…..So here’s a taste of 6…
600-Fake Ass Ni66as
Yo L… good looks for showin this kid some love, Uptown needs it.
BUT what’s really with this new blogger posting about Hurricane Chris? You were on video talking about how you only support that REAL… I mean correct me if I’m wrong, but this dude sings “Aye Bay BaY.” >>??? No disrespect. Just don’t know how that slip past.
^^^To aswer your question…..I may not agree with alot of things….Other points of view are welcome…..The site will not stop showing the real….But in order for us to gain the respect of millions we have to alteast accept different genre’s…..Think of it like this…If you show a baby a spoon full of green beans will he open his mouth??? No…..But take that same spoon twirl it around as if it were an airplane for a minute…Now the baby no longer thinks of it as green beans and opens its mouth….With the result of the baby swallowing what you had been trying to feed him all along….L
X ayo i like what you doing fam , i see your vision man. Naw i ain’t brown nosing but it is kool i’m at this site kinda of different in a good way , keep it up.L you still doing it don’t worry about it , just showing support
I feel you on incorporating different Genres of music. Hip-hop is bigger than where it all started. Now that it’s national, moreover international we gotta think like that in da BX, Harlem, Brooklyn, L.I., QB and beyond. NYC fell off for a minute, I’ll never claim to be the savior but I got da blueprint!! Keep doing your thing fam and much respect for looking out for local artists!!!

Stanley Benton (born July 24, 1979), better known as Stat Quo, is an Atlanta-based African-American rapper signed to Eminem’s Shady Records and Dr. Dre’s Aftermath Entertainment. He has been generating mixtape buzz since 2002. He is also a part of Grown Man Music, a record label he founded with LT Moe. Benton attended University of Florida, where he majored in economics, before pursuing a musical career. His debut album Statlanta was expected to be released in 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 but has inexplicably been repeatedly pushed back. Stat has appeared on tracks with artists such as Jermaine Dupri,The Alchemist, The Game, Disturbing tha Peace and Chamillionaire. —– (Personal Info From Wikipedia) (More …)

“robbin niggas is how we get down”
damn, how we Black people shit on each other and then do a song and dance about. I swear some of us take stupid to knew heights. As long as the flow bounce we bop our heads like fools.
Sorry my mans got killed last year,
Hip Hop culture needs more females who hold their own and aren’t sitting always in the support role. Female M.C’s who don’t just talk about Gucci, Fendi, Prada and how sprung they got dudes off their pussy, is nessacary for Hip Hop to move on into the future. We don’t need any more Remy’s and Bab’s Bunny’s we need more M.C’s like Jean Grae and Hurricane G. Operation Take Back Hip-Hop is in full effect thanks to BronxRap.

I loved Kanye when he 1st dropped, but this shit is ridiculous. He makes it hard to continue to like him cuz his music is good, but his persona and diva antics overshadows it. I’m over this nigga, he need to sit the fuck down!
